Private beta · privacy notice draft
Parents stay in control.
This notice describes the private-beta data design for Wonder Path Kids, operated by Mojabi Labs, Inc. It is a product draft pending legal review; it is not a claim of legal compliance.
What we plan to collect
For each child workspace: a display nickname, age band, grade, modules selected by the parent, and optional parent goals. A parent account also needs contact and billing information from the parent—not from the child.
What we do not ask for
We do not require a child’s legal name, date of birth, photo, document, audio recording, location, child free-text upload, or direct child sign-up. We do not use child data to train models.
Parent permission
Before a child workspace can be activated, the parent/guardian must create the account, review this notice and the parental-consent disclosure, and affirm they are authorized to make decisions for the child. The future product will retain a versioned consent record.
Adaptive sessions
A future hosted session planner will use the child’s selected modules, parent goals, and learning evidence to create a bounded session. The local Hermes development tool is not a public production service. Before family data is processed by a hosted model provider, the provider, data flow, safeguards, and disclosures will be documented for parents.
Cancellation, deletion, and export
Accounts are disabled immediately after cancellation. We plan to delete personal and child-learning production data within 30 days and backups within 90 days. Required billing records may be retained separately; anonymized data may remain. Parents will be able to request an export or deletion through privacy@wonderpathkids.com.
